COLLECTION: Grape harvest is hand picking and perforated plastic boxes are used as a way to keep the grapes in perfect condition when they are sent to the winery. PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE: Red wine from selected grapes, fermented with long maceration and a control of temperature. WINE TASTING: Young Red Wine, strawberry colour and deep violet reflections, deep vegetal bouquet (green pepper) , deep tastes. It is persistent, soft and silky in mouth, leaving a nice feeling aftertaste. ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12,5 º SERVING TEMPERATURE: 15ºC to 16ºC
