GRAPE VARIETY: 100% SYRAH KIND OF WINE: Young Red Wine. COLLECTION: Grape harvest is hand picking and perforated plastic boxes are used as a way to keep the grapes in perfect condition when sent to the winery. PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE: Red wine from selected grapes that have been picked before, fermented with long maceration and a control of temperature. WINE TASTING: Young red wine, from vineyards cultivated in our region. It has a high red cherry colour intensity, with intense deep violet reflections. Scents of red fruits (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc), as well as a characteristic vegetable essence of this variety (green pepper). In mouth, it has the same memories, being present the tannins that will be soften inside the bottle. A wine with a great personality. ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12,5 º SERVING TEMPERATURE: 15ºC to 16ºC
