| COLLECTION: Grape harvest in done handpicking and perforated boxes are used when grapes are in their peak point of ripeness. |

| PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE: The best grapes of the native variety of Cayetana white grapes are selected. After a soft destemming and crushing the must (“yema” must) is obtained, it is cleaned statically and fermented using a low temperature. As a result we obtain a wine with exceptional characteristics. |
