| COLLECTION: Hand picking and put in perforated boxes when grapes are in their peak point of ripeness. |

| PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE: Once the grapes are in the winery they are destemmed, put into a tank and it is done a “criomaceration” (soaking in a low temperature from 7ºC to 8ºC), during a period from 24 to 36 hours. Must is separated, a soft press is done in a hydraulic press with a wooden cage, and then it is fermented with a controlled temperature, it is poured into another container, clarified and stabilized with cold, it is filtered and put in bottles. |

| WINE TASTING: Young white wine, “straw” yellow colour with greenish colour schemes, intense fruitiness bouquet, standing out green apples and aniseed tastes. In mouth, well structured body, balance, tasteful and lively, with a well integrated acidity. It reminds sweet tastes(honey and apple marmalade) giving rise to a young white wine with a nice taste, that makes it an exceptional wine for any time. |
