| KIND OF WINE: Aged Red Wine. 12 months in French and American oak wood casks and 18 months in bottle. |

| COLLECTION: It is done handpicking and perforated plastic boxes are used as a way to have the grapes in perfect condition when they are sent to the winery. |

| PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE: Red wine is elaborated using ecological vineyards and a dry land production of low output. After a soft destemming and crushing, grape is fermented in small concrete tanks with a controlled temperature. Once outside the cask without using a press it is obtained a “flor” wine. After the ageing process in French and American oak wood casks, where it is given our last personal touch, wine is put in bottle to rest for a long period of time in the quiet darkness of our winery. This wine is free of stabilizers, so as not to alter its natural composure, so there is the possibility that it could decant some of its natural components. Stabilization using cold isn’t done to keep the qualities of the product. |

| WINE TASTING: It has a cherry-red colour with tile coloured tones. In nose, this wine reminds reflections of red and ripe fruits (blackberry, sloes and raspberry) that are in harmony with the scents brought by the wood taste (vanilla, cinnamon, coconut, liquorice, etc). In mouth, it is a wine of soft entry, with a silky touch and a long persistence end that reminds features of wood. |
